First of all, the people are phenomenal!
They didn't have my engine, so I wrote an email and was replied to within just a few days with a promise that they will take care of me. I was contacted back with an apology stating that they were sorry it took so long and links to my new engine map! Absolutely incredible experience and I couldn't be more grateful.
If customer service was like this all around the world, we wouldn't have any problems. I just want to thank everyone involved at engine maps you guys are absolutely awesome!

And yes, I still hope you guys are absolutely getting smoked and can't take a day off because you're thriving so great you have 100% of my thanks and support. I know you guys are gonna go super far and you deserve every bit of it. thank you again this was an excellent experience. and it is a beautiful idea and well made top notch product!
