Very happy

(Update) After inital issues (below) the item was replaced without issue.. Very happy with the result.

Laser engraving wasn't dark enough (not enoughcontrast). Plywood base is too thin (noticeably curved). Needs a 2-3cm gap around the edges to present better (frame is actually covering some of the image).
